GFP2 Filter before OPT
The image shows an E10.5 mouse embryo which has undergone wholemount in situ hybridisation (for Sox-9) followed fluorescent immunohistochemistry using monoclonal anti-neurofilament 160 (Sigma) visualised with Alexafluor 488 (Invitrogen).
The neurofilament pattern has been captured using GFP2 filter prior to OPT.
