TXR Filter before OPT
The image shows wholemount in situ hybridisation (WMISH) on E10.5 mouse embryo with Sox-9 DIG labelled riboprobe visualised with Alexafluor 568 (Invitrogen) shown in red, and captured with Texas Red (TXR) filter, prior to OPT.
WMISH was followed by fluorescent immunohistochemistry and can be seen here.
