GFP2 Before OPT
Image shows an E10.5 mouse embryo treated with Pax-6 antibody and visualised with Alexafluor 488 (Invitrogen), this was preceeded wholemount in situ hybridisation with Sox-9 DIG labelled riboprobe visualised with Alexafluor 568 (Invitrogen), and can be seen here.
