Image shows a wholemount in situ hybridisation on a E10.5 mouse embryo with Sox-9 DIG labelled riboprobe visualised with Alexafluor 568 (Invitrogen), this was followed by Pax-6 antibody visualised with Alexafluor 488 (Invitrogen) and can be seen here.
