Unstained Adult Mouse Liver - Frontal

Frontal virtual sections through unstained adult mouse liver.
This demonstrates how OPT produces data similar to that of traditional histology but in a fraction of the time.
The time required for analysis is also greatly reduced.
As OPT is non-destructive, the sample can then be processed in the traditional manner for histology, and immunohistochemistry.
