In Situ Hybridisation With DIG Labelled Riboprobe

Wholemount in situ hybridisation on a E12.5 mouse embryo with Msx-1 DIG labelled probe, visualised with NBT/BCIP.

In this example the signal is so strong that the surface rendering of the anatomy cannot completely cover the areas of signal, resulting in the patchy appearance of the limbs.
