Bagpipe Mutation

The stomach and pancreas from a 12.5dpc mouse embryo which has the Bagpipe mutation. The 3D shape of ectopically-induced structures can clearly be seen protruding from the developing pancreas. (6.2MB)

This aspect of the mutation was only discovered with the use of OPT.
